Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to be processed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
All orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays within the United States. However, you can still place your orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Pre-Order Policies:
When placing a Pre-Order for the Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate or outdated information.
You will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your placing of a preorder constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. If production issues prohibit TopNotch{C} from fulfilling the preorder, you will be reimbursed.
Pre-Order Products are expected to be ready to ship within 48 hours from the time the pre-order is placed, but are subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. 1-2 business days is an estimate is subject to change, and TopNotch{C} does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Pre-Order product by the estimated date. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by TopNotch{C}
